| If this game is indeed going to be region free (and we'll have to wait to see for more confirmation), maybe we should get some region-specific forum sections set up. I don't want to encourage a schism in the community, but if there were specific sections for the PAL and NTSC territories, it would help connect people to others who they can share their levels with. | I disagree, Dropbear. It's not a security measure or anything like that - it's the cost and maintenance of a global server more than anything. They've never blocked an IP address based in the US from accessing the EU or JP store, so I don't think this would work like that either. Anyway, I wholeheartedly disagree with this. | I posted this in the other region thread... The Uncharted demo was locked, but was opened to everyone later after the huge outburst that ensued. For them to lock LBP would mean an even bigger outburst. Split forum? No way.
