I was in BestBuy yesterday and noticed a kiosk PS3 had HOME installed, as well as a chat room icon. I checked for a firmware update on my PS3 and I have the latest version, yet I don't see a chat room icon under Friends. It's obviously not a kiosk-only feature since there are several videos of video chat sessions on YouTube (or just 1 random guy dancing to Caramelldansen music ). So what am I missing? Does this only come with HOME?

I think you can start a voice/video chat with anyone in your friend's list...

Ye there's been a video/voice chat thing since waay before Home. Haven't used it, but its there alright. Probably near the top of the friends colum, or network or something.

Possibly, but at a glance the theme on the kiosk looked the same. I guess the icon's just for the kiosk version of the PS3 OS.
