At 18:20 of the MM Podcast 2 their is discussion about ice being left out of the game. About it slowing you up rather than being an instant death (freeze/unfreeze) always having to shake the controller to break the ice. But that it's been so popular on the forums that it may be put back in the game at some point. Let's hope that it will. 2009-03-19 21:46:00

Wow, that ice looked awesome! I hope they would bring it back to us some day. Anyways on-topic that was a pretty cool podcast. I only listened to around the first 20 minutes of it though.

I wonder why they didn't put that in at first. Maybe because it switched between layers or something.

Yep. It had a lot of flaws but they said with a bit more work they could make it possible. They are actually considering putting it back in due to popular demand.

ANyone notice how, in the video, that the create mode looks a lot more complicated?
At least that's the impression I got.
