Ok, so I have had shaky internet on my PS3 for a while now, and now it will only go only for like 5 seconds on wireless. I've been thinking of upgrading to ethernet cables. However, my computer is downstairs and my PS3 upstairs... I am worried of my dog chewing on it, and stuff, so before I try and do this, I would want to know the basic info on Ethernet or whatever cause I don't know :/. Help?

Not sure what you need to know exactly, they're fairly self explanatory. Just plug one end into the router, the other end into the PS3, change your internet connection setting to wired and you're sorted. Getting it from the router to your PS3 will probably be a pain though. Out of interest, do you have a laptop with wireless and does it get a good signal?

Ethernet cable is cheap online, so buy online.
