Okay, what I'm thinking of is a "channel" idea, like TV. Say, MM pay other gaming companies like Naughty Dog, Isomniac, EA etc. to create a continuous stream of levels. Then, MM can sell advertising space for these levels. There could be free to air channels, and pay per view (level) channels. As for advertising, it could be like the LBPC sticker that we use to advertise the site, or a drop down over the scoreboard etc. The free to air channels could be simple ones like: "Level creation tips, hints and tricks" "Action/thriller levels" "drama levels" adventure levels" and pay per view could be like video game levels (like MGS pack) or very high quality series. What do you think? I just think LBP could be used as a marketing medium, and could be quite a good way to help MM make money, us players have fun and companies to get customers. Whaddaya think?

Hmm, advertising in LBP... Isn't that already against the rules in there. And even if it wasn't, would you really want a bunch of ads/ad levels in the game?

I meant like, MM pay Isomniac for example, to make levels. Then say Pepsi pay MM to put a pepsi logo on the start and finish, like we do the LBP Central sticker.

Advertising? No. The example you have, Pepsi, is not available in all countries (as far as I know). Since you can't limit levels to one country, people all over the world would be wondering what the heck Pepsi is.

If you had to put up with 5-6 logos in a level, in return for more MM levels, you would, wouldn't you. I mean, we watch television, it has adds. In game advertising isnt exactly new...

I dont think LBP should have a whole Channel, but i think a whole show dedicated to LBP and that airs on the G4 network would get tons of views edit:oops seems like i didnt quite understand the topic
