Reaction Switches have similar properties to those of Sensor Switches, the only difference is, when you're standing in their range, you have to press a Certain button (Most likely Square or Circle, or maybe even Triangle if we got the whole Speech Bubble thing cleared up). Reaction switches... you mean like switches for quick-time events? That would be cool indeed. Someone else suggested emotion sensors somewhere.
