You can write a thread about it in the showcase forum. Then, you can use the F4F system to boost the promotion process.
And if you are active in commenting others people, you will have comments back

Alos, if it's a good level then submit it in for a review with the review league!
When you get a good review or have one posted in your thread more people will want to play it

And possibly go to other forums just for advertising even though no one likes it....lol You could go to gamefaqs and make a thread with a catchy title...and make sure to include pictures of it.2009-03-11 18:45:00

Like Takelow said, I think F4F is the way to go... I suggest start getting very involved on this site. Play peoples' levels and giving good feedback (not just "way to go")...

When people start to get to know you and getting to know what you are about, they will start paying attention to your levels.

People pay a lot more attention to active people on the forum than they do people who are mostly lurkers.
