Here?s a little trick I've found during level editing. Attract-O-Gel for example, only has a animation speed cap of only 100%. Not exactly fast but we can speed it up by temporarily changing it into a material with a faster animation speed cap such as Liquid Lava, which has 200. Set it to the max and change back to your desired material. Now it will be animating as fast as the one before it. However, if you choose to change the animation speed setting it will go back to its original speed so beware.
