Apologies if this sounds cranky. I'm honestly not sure that this is the right place to try. This is my fifth attempt to get help now. I'm not sure where to go at this point. I have attempted to get help the following ways so far: 1. Emailed to hello@littlebigplanet.com - no response 2. Tried Playstation Support Live Chat - did not know how to help, directed to the Sony Support Forums and told a "game developer specialist" would help me if I posted there 3. Sony Support Forums - tried to ask for help, got a condescending attitude from the other users and told that no game developers and nobody that could help would ever look there, respond, or help me 4. Tried Playstation Support Live Chat again - went through repetitive troubleshooting, got nowhere, and directed me to ask for help in this forum and promised a game developer would really be able to help me this time. Me: I had been able to import other previously purchased DLC by Restoring Licenses on the PS4 and then following the instructions on the game for unlocking Little Big Planet 1 and 2 content. Me: ok Jose: I am still researching in order to provide you with the best answer, thank you for your continued patience. Me: ok Jose: On PlayStation 4, you'll be able to re-download all your DLC (including costume, sticker and level packs) for free from the in-game store or PlayStation Store. Jose: However, your progress in DLC levels won't transfer. You'll need to play the levels again from the 'More Stories' area in LittleBigPlanet 3 to unlock everything. Jose: On your PS4 account into your PS3 Put in LBP1 or 2 ( depending on which one you want to transfer stuff over with ) Then just play the introduction level, save everything, and then go back on your PS4 It should say that you've been on LBP1 or 2 and that you can transfer you stuff, so just hit "Ok" Then go into settings, and go on "Unlock Little Big Planet Content" and then it should import all of your stuff Me: Okay, but they aren't showing up in the store for me to download. I did this, and it only imported some content (for example, the Men in Black pack and the Final Fantasy VII pack). The packs above did not show up to download. Jose: Ok, thanks for that. Me: They are still not showing up on the in game store at all Me: Despite the fact that I hit the download button and downloaded them to the PS3 again, they are still not showing up on the LBP 3 Store on the PS4 Jose: Thanks for that. Its possible that you may have to re verify your purchases possibly. I did it a few years early 2015 when i upgraded to PS4. But unfortunately at the moment i don't remember how to do it. I think its somewhere in the account settings. I hope this helps a little. If not i'm sorry. - - - - - - - - - - Ah Restore Licenses in Account Management. Hope that works.

Most of your missing DLCs are disney DLCs that are not in store anymore, was changed some months ago, it should be availabe when you had the DLC before, but with new PS4, dont know if that is possible... Go to your purchase history on the playstation store and you might be able to redownload from there. I know that I had a few pieces that didn't show in the ingame store AND the playstation store, but when I went into my download history, there they were and I was able to download them. NOTE, this is easier to do on PC rather than through the PS4.

Sometimes one could get despaired, there must be any way for you to transfer your dlc. Did you check your LBP3 settings whether they are put to advanced creating already? When I upgraded to LBP4 and LBP3 there have been similar problems first, but this had been an overall issue then. I found my dlc in the ingame store and its been signed as already purchased. But I can't remember how I nevertheless could get it, there has been a difference between the store and the ingame store, as far as I know it did only function with the ingame store! I did renew the licenses which is an option somewhere in the xbar of your PS4, I also remember that I had to play all level kitts once again to get the prizes once again, but then it has been fun to me and so it didn't annoy me. I have this same problem and there appears to be no solution. Just hope and pray beyond reason that Disney stops being a penny pinching jerk and makes the DLC available again, but I don't see it happening.

Hey, I haven't made any progress, and didn't get any response from anyone I tried to contact beyond this thread. My DLC is still missing. I'm wondering if it's just that the game is too old at this point, so it's not top of anyone's priority list.

When I bought LBP2 for PS3 I received a DLC code for extra animals. When I got LBP3 on PS4, the same DLC didn't show up as free. When browsing in the in-game store of LBP3 PS4 the DLC showed up with a price tag but when I actually clicked to buy it was free, amazingly enough. My suggestion is to try the same thing, even if it doesn't say it's free.

I think it's because of the Disney thing. The licenses are gone and they had to remove the stuff from the store.

I remember I had this problem back when I switched to PS4. I ended up getting all the DLC back, but it was through trying to download it from my computer about 6 times every week or so for 3 months. It was really weird. Some of them I just had to wait. Weird that you're encountering this now.
