Expert Creator and QuickFire Artiste Trophy Help

| I thought I completed all levels in the Tutorials but I didn't get the Expert Creator trophy for some reason. What did I do wrong and how can I check my progress? I have no way in knowing how many levels in the Tutorials I did. Also, the QuickFire Artiste trophy is very hard to get. Any tips on how to shoot 40 paintballs in under 5 seconds? If all you need to do is tap the R1 button extremely fast, then perhaps my friend can do it for me..
