I was sure that I had made an account here many years ago, but looking back, I apparently never did. Not sure why that is. Anyhow, I used to be very into LBP back in the series' earlier days. I got started with LBP1 and pre-ordered LBP2, which I loved even more. I enjoyed the online communities and the impressive things of all sorts that people made. Some time after nearly 100%'ing LBP1 and coming just a single pin short of platinum in LBP2 (Dive In 25, of all things), I eventually stopped playing, seemingly just out of having other things to do. When I later heard that LBP3 performed poorly at launch, I just felt a bit disappointed and then promptly forgot about the series again. I never even knew about Mm's other projects until about this year, which I'm incredibly excited for. I've seen that a few LBP communities have risen and fallen since I stopped playing, but I wanted to get back into the series, somehow. The technical nature of LBP2 always fascinated me, even though I didn't much get into it (though I did read a very helpful blog titled Analogue Logic on this same site), but I want to give that stuff another shot and get into creating something again. I also want to engage a bit more with the community than before, rather than just creating things and throwing them out into the silent aether. To that end, I've had an idea in the works for something of a technical video series, but I won't go on about that at length here. It's good to see this place is still around, in any case. It's a bit disheartening to see how things have changed from the gloriously active days of 2010, but I hope to relive some memories and make some new ones.

Hi PlayerPolymatic, welcome to our forum, nice to meet you! Some people seem to think, when MM will publish its "Dreams" then LBP will die! ...as if this would be a question of either/or! I think that there will be an "...and..." "Dreams" and "LBP"! And people who once have been infected with the love for LBP probably never will get cured! So enjoy being part of a community of LBP infected, which is ready to get also infected with "Dreams" when it will be published! Many greetings, Jürgen^^
