On your consoles and computers. I don't mean in work, more personal time. It was brought to my attention that I don't post often on this site. Time with my family and day to day life limits my time. Yet, adding up my console time and forum posting adds up to about 2 hours a day. I was quite shocked, I believed it was far less. Just how much time do you REALLY spend on your console/computer?

Hmmm... I would guess around 3-5 hours a day. I only do volunteer work at the moment and my health is not so good so I cannot go out as much as I would like, so that gives me a lot of spare time. I sometimes use games to help control the pain I have from an old car accident injury that damaged the soft tissue in the right side of my body. It causes very bad muscular cramps. A way to describe it is like holding a 1kg dumbell in your arm if you are female and 2kg for males. Flex your arm into a bicep curl, and then hold that weight there all day without moving your arm. It's a light weight, so it's not so bad for 10 minutes, or even an hour. But hold it all day and your arm would be in agony. I'm by no means suggesting people actually hold a weight like that all day, but that's what the pain can be like when it's bad. It's not just my bicep though. It's all of my right arm, shoulder and right hip and leg. Pretty much all of my right side can malfunction, and not just with cramping but paralysis and spasms as well. Anyway, playing computer games can help me to relax, and helps seperate my mind from my body, which can reduce the pain. So some of that play time is for therapetic use and not just for fun. If I had to estimate it, about 1 hour of that time would be for therapetic reasons. I mainly play puzzle games for this purpose.

Hmm, for me it's probably a little less than 2 hours a day.. It was more when i played wow though, back then it was probably closer to 3 hours but since i quit i have kept it around 1,5 to 2 hours a day.

Honestly I spend far more time on forums and on news sites than actually playing games. Not sure why that is exactly. I'd say depending on how busy the day is, between 1 and 5 hours between internet and games.

5-7 hours a night on weeknights (I'm late to work quite a bit - nice thing about a relaxed work environment) Weekends it's probably 8-10 depending on what "real world" responsibilities I have to take care of.

5 hours a day during weekdays, thats when i come home from work.. then i spend the rest of my time on my personal errands. and on the weekends.... it depends, if im going out with friends and family or not.. but if not, i would average atleast 8 per day on the weekend.

I go on consoles about twice in a week usually. I'm on the computer quite a lot, but with good reason, I'm usually either writing something, or researching. I only post here if I want to relax for a bit, but you could say that I over-study.

I dunno. My almost 40 hours of Killzone 2 since it's come out isn't a general indication of how much I play. It's very sporadic, though.

Yeah a lot! On the plus side it's improved my eyesight from longsighted to 20:20. The optician said it must've been under so much strain it actually worked out and became more healthy! Swapping between my ps3 which is longish distance and my model painting which is very very short means the exercise improves my eyesight.

No video game for me since I moved to Hong Kong(except the occasional DOTA). However when I get back home in the summer I'm sure I'll be back to a few hours a day.

hmm it depends. I have no PS3 in uni, but i'm on my laptop (non gaming) for probably 7 hours or so (i just leave it on). When i'm home, probably about 5 hours if i'm back for the weekend, or 3 hours if it's easter/summer/xmas break.

WINTER SCEDUALE weekdays with school i probaly play 3hours Weekends 10:00am when i wake up and preety much till 3:00am in the morning... im so bored during the winter SUMMER SCEDUALE I dont have school during summer so weekdays and weekends are the same time. I dont know it depends what is going on with my freinds. I go outside take a break from the heat for 30 minutes playing Video games or somthing then back outside for 3 hours or somthing rofl. but if i dont have a freind over at 9:00pm i play video games till like 3:00pm! WOOT NO SCHOOL ON SUMMER PARTY LIKE ITS 1999!! PS ROFL Party like its 1999 is an xbox achivement for gears of war 2 XD

three hours about on normal days but some days I have a ton of homework, sometimes even weeks, but I have been playing less because I am depressed and want to be with my uhh... not online friends.
