WHERE is the music sequencer?

| I haven't played LBP in quite some time. I'm trying to sequence some music. WHERE is the music sequencer? I know exactly how to use it - I've made songs before. WHERE is it!? I've been searching for the better part of an hour through my popit. Someone please tell me - WHERE IS IT!?
