I love LBP Vita! I was working on something and than I went to play mode. 5-10 seconds. I went back into create mode. 3-4 seconds. That's fast.

I am making progress. Looks good so far.

I have some news for you!

I am lazy and I will only make 5 guns, 5 skills with 2 steps and only 10 ranks.

In every BWZ the game ends completely after you died. I want to change it. After you died you will come back to the menu and then you can leave the game with your collected EP or you can play another round. That would reset your progress though. Result: People who play the game often don't need to restart the whole level over and over again to play the game again.

The logic is growing. I improved the movement system. It needs less logic parts to function. Great!

Now something else: If you are interested, I could make a map tour in a video where I show off the map. So, are you interested?

Some days are still left. To be honest it looks like the party of this Battle with Zombies will be empty. I don't see people like Ratalsoni or Wolfbrother anymore and it looks like I am the last of us LBPV gamers here in the forum.

I will still finish this last Battle with Zombies. Even when it's for myself.

Update
Battle with Zombies 7's release will be delayed.

I messed up. Basically I need more time to realize my plans. I want it to be the best Battle with Zombies level ever.

Nah, I still pick up LBP whenever I find (and charge) my vita. Granted my cord is frayed so I try to limit its use. Also, looking forward to it. I think I'll play through my queue before this releases since I think the others are still there XD (I create way more than play (But i can never find my way to focus on one project for a long time))2017-07-18 13:40:00

Haha, I thought I need to delay the release of this level, but I'm done with it. I just need to fix two little bugs and it could roll out today.
After that I will edit my signature everywhere so that people see, that a cool level was published in LBP Vita.

I will also ask Jww later if he can move this to 'published'.

Am I man? Well, I have a beard, I guess that influences the result of the question.

I ran into an error. I was super scared when I read 'level loading failed'. MULTIPLE TIMES. It came out that some emitters couldn't spawn the objects because they were broken. :/

I can't fix that one bug at the skills menu. The quickplay feature was so nice though. When I tested it out, it felt so smooth. You die and almost 3 seconds later you are on stage again and it feels like nothing has happened before. It's a shame that something at the skills menu doesn't work... :/

Maybe I'll publish a closed late beta without that feature.

It's the last BWZ, but I am going to update the level. I have a few ideas.

A hardcore mode, where you have 2HP, no HUD and can't upgrade any skills. The waves are shorter and it goes up to wave 5 in a matter of 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes. You get 50 points per kill instead of 100. This could be a nice gamemode for BWZ pros.

The inforcements menu is quite empty. Only one object, which is the sentry gun. I have a few ideas here either. A small slowmotion generator, which slows all zombies around him down. I also thought about a grenade sentry gun with 5 seconds of cooldown or a strong sentry gun, which costs 2500 points instead of 1000.

I have to say, the slowmo field is a really useful gadget in the higher rounds. In combination with the sentry gun it's very strong. Come and check it out!

Nearly everything works as exspected. The new waves are very challenging. You still have a chance though. The new weapon is useful, but not overpowered. The new shop/menu design is also good. It looks better and it is modern. A small thing about the inforcements: Only 1 sentry gun/slowmo field can be used at once. This means that you cant place down 2 sentry guns or slowmo fields. More work for you!*

I would say it's worth it to give it another try. This wasn't the last update. There will be more content soon. And 'soon' means december/january.*

I am very pleased with this update. Everything works, new content is available and the game runs almost smooth. The statistics are a cool addition. You can see how many kills you have, how many times you shot, which wave you were when dying and you can also see how long you survived (How many minutes you survived).

This update was made possible because of a few tips and facts, friends gave me. Thank, guys! I would be happy if you guys made screenshots of your statistics and posted it here.

IDEAS
Hey folks, I have some new ideas.

The challenges would be a big addition and keep players playing the game longer. Highscore hunters would have more fun because the challenges reward the player with points. It's a big feature and it takes some time to add it due to the menu and other things. And while it is fun to work on this game (Due to how easy and fluid it is to work with LBP Vita), there is no audience to play it. LBP Vita still has hundreds of players, but I am not sure if this update reaches out to them.

I am going to ask: Is anyone here still playing BWZ7? Is anyone interested?

I haven't played lbpv for some weeks now, but I will play it on weekend! And then I will also play BWZ7! And if the Siberian coldness will arrive here in Bavaria then I will be glad to move my fingers quickly to push the fire button, so that I will get some warmth by moving!
