Problems using Profiles

| When trying to play Little Big Planet 3 on our PS3, my husband logs in under his profile. When I try to enter the game & select MY (established) Profile I get "you must sign up for Sony Entertainment Network. What?!? Please help. Have no clue. Please Help. Thanks ! I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
