is there a way to get my beta vest,slurpee shirt and other old costumes in lbp3 on ps4?

No idea, sorry! But if noone else has any idea whether you can get your old costumes then you could try to contact StevenI here in the forum or on twitter! Many greetings, Jürgen^^

I found a solution that works for me in the U.S., can't say it'll work in other regions. Go to PS Store, scroll down list on left until you find "FREE", click on Free and scroll over until you see "Add-ons" click on this and sort by "Free" again. You'll have a long list of ALL DLC for LBP (almost 600 items) but keep looking and grab the goodies you've unlocked previously in LBP!! They will be marked as Purchased. There are exceptions - the Marvel Level Kit has been removed from the store. Why? Idk! I can't download Tag (ModNation Racers) character, some special costumes from days like Groundhog Day, Birthday Cake, etc. Also if you owned the GoTY Edition of LBP1 you do not have access to content that was included in your content. This will lock you out of levels you created with any of the above. I'm locked out of levels I made using Marvel items and there's no way to fix that! Boo!
