This often will happen with bolts in LBP3. I find them incredibly glitchy. They were bad before, but worse now. Have you tried: a) putting an indestructible object tweaker on every piece? b) making some pieces have no physics (its the ghost icon. I forgot the name of the tool) c) replacing the bolts with followers and rotater logic? One of these should work
