So, I played it. What exactly happened? There was nothing but the scenery and the sackbot with the logic. And when you activated it with the player sensor, this strange wind thing appeared. Out of nowhere? Or did you use the rain material and it turned out to be this? So get a little bit more accurate so we can help.

it did appear out of nowhere. i was using the snow effect,not the rain effect and that just...happened. i WAS pretty sure the logic was the culprit here,but in later test playthroughs,this didn't happen.
