https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXJzQrsGxpc I did this tutorial in lbp2, and the health bar worked fine, but it does not seem to work in lbp3. I do this exact method, and I set the battery to 10%, yet the timer only subtracts 6.6% each time. I also did this with 50%, which only toke away 33.3% of the timer's health. It only seems to take away 2/3s of the health I want. What am I doing wrong?

A few of these tutorials don't work quite the same way anymore in LBP3. They generally need one or two tweaks. For this one, if I remember correctly, a counter works better than a timer in LBP3. the counter should be triggered by the tag sensor, and reset itself.

Use inverted timer the gets started/stopped using a non-inverted timer that is set to 1 to increment the inverted one. And a wire into the reset of inverted timer. Bingo... Bob's your uncle
