(PS3) Why do I have to be online to use DLC Level Kits?

| Before I downloaded the 1.22 patch, I could use my level kits freely, post-patch the only Packs that work are the SpongeBob Kit and The Journey Home. | Sounds like A DRM thing. Quite frankly i'd be happy to see more DLC control in the game.. although it's too late now. Too many levels with actual free DLC, and weird ways to get into DLC story levels without actually buying it..
