As for the announcement, check this link: https://www.twitch.tv/sonicofficial I think Sega has learned from the mistakes from the previous Sonic games and will hopefully return Sonic Generation's style of gameplay to sonic. But that's just my opinion - - - - - - - - - - WOAH! 5 new Sonic games announced last night! Sonic Dash(mobile game) will have an update that allows you to play as Classic Sonic! Lego Dimensions showed Sonic and some gameplay of him in levels! Sonic Boom: Fire and Ice looks like a really fun spin off game! Sonic Mania is an amazing love letter to Classic Sonic fans! And finally, the moment we all waited for, Sega finally announced Sonic Project 2017!!! Finally Sega has gotten it right! Sonic is back in buisiness! Also, Sonic Boom series is getting it's Season 2 soon .
