Creatinators Spawn Unremovable Glitchy Garbage

Hey everyone. I just recently came back to this game after having left it for about a year or so, and after spending a few minutes in Create Mode I found that a glitchy floating Blink Ball headset had mysteriously appeared in a few of my levels, always at the exact same location.

After a bit of investigation I figured it out, and it's by far the stupidest bug ever: simply changing a Creatinator's appearance in its tweak menu will spawn one of these two glitch objects:

- Setting the Creatinator to use the Blink Ball appearance will spawn a glitchy Blink Ball headset at a specific point in the level, a bit above the floor and about 1/6 of the level width away from the left wall. This one can be deleted. (Interestingly, this is actually a distinct object from the spinning Blink Ball model in the powerup stand, as viewing its info with R2 displays its name as "Blink Ball" whereas the object from the powerup stand is named "A Costume".)

- Setting the Creatinator to use the default appearence will spawn a glitchy Creatinator helmet at another specific point in the level, at around the same horizontal position as the Blink Ball but far underneath the floor. This object cannot be deleted through any method I know of, and since it consumes thermo it could potentially be extremely aggravating to players working on thermo-intensive levels. In fact, it's not even visible normally, though the nozzle part of its model is extremely glitchy and will stretch and stick to the nearest object. To even be able to see it, you have to adjust the background's position so it's offscreen and then lock the camera while changing the thickness of a material, as that tilts it downward.
In a non-glitched level, it's impossible to select this object since the Popit cursor is blocked by the floor. Even in a glitched level where the floor doesn't exist or can be deleted (such as this one (https://lbp.me/v/tck4qt) or this one (https://lbp.me/v/gq7wzd)), it still can't be deleted since selecting it on its own will crash the game. (This is because it's the same object as the spinning Creatinator model in the powerup stand, which has special behavior so that when the player selects it the game selects the object it's attached to instead. In this case it's not attached to anything, so the game tries to select a nonexistent object.) Even if it's group-selected along with another object by R2, it still can't be removed.

Both of these objects consume thermo, and a new one is spawned every time the setting is changed. In fact, simply selecting the Appearance option in the Creatinator's tweak menu and holding left or right will cause the level to overheat in about 2 minutes.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to discover this glitch, but I'm posting this so that anyone reading this knows how to avoid accidentally doing it, and so that Sumo will (hopefully) patch this.

(p.s. if anyone from Sumo actually sees this (lol), please fix the Water projectile graphics on PS3 too)
