| So who saw this film? What did you think of it? How does it compare to other animated films, and other films in general? I personally loved it. The world was engrossing, and I felt the characters were done very well. They were very 3-dimensional - they didn't stick to cliches, and you could really see the emotions in the characters. The last big Disney film I saw was Big Hero 6 - so I expected Zootopia to be around the same good quality - but I'm glad to say it far exceeded my expectations. Also: Prior to seeing the film in theaters, I saw previews for many other upcoming animated films. After watching Zootopia, I kind of felt disappointed about how shallow those previews felt in general.
