I came across LBP for the first time in this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpTPmrs_KKg) video, I think it was in the recommended of a Game Maker tutorial. It was love at first sight but I got the PSP version first, then lbp2, and then the original for free after that PSN hacking incident.2016-06-17 02:28:00

I don't remember what was my first introduction to LBP, but I remember hesitating about the game at first because it looked very "kiddie". I could see a lot of potential in the level editor though, and I've always been a fan of platformers, so I was still intrigued.2016-06-22 14:32:00

I remember my brother showing LBP1 to me back in 2010(or 2009, I forgot xD) when I was younger. I think we watched this god of war level on LBP1, and the game looked amazing! The gameplay with collecting bubbles was nothing like I'd ever seen before! I feel so much older now xD2016-06-22 19:25:00

I think I remember first playing this game in about mid-way of 2010/near the end of 2009. My memory is a little hazy, but I distinctly remember going out of my way to buy the second game's bonus copy by it's release.

Also, I'm alive now!

I was involved with LBP1 before it was even released. Saw a bunch of trailers and stuff, at first I didn't like it (yes, shocking facts) but after some time I fell in love with Sackboy and the game. I got bought a PS3 for it but unfortunately I didn't have any access to internet before 2009. Yet I didn't miss out the golden era because I knew others who had the game so I could follow the first days of the LBP community until I started to play my on own from there.2016-07-02 09:35:00

You know, one thing I like about the LBP series is that it's one of the few PlayStation platforming icons left. It's like a memory of the old platformers like Sly Cooper, Spyro, Ratchet and Clank, and so many more old platformers. It's sad that the modern generation of games is mostly shooters(at least in terms of popularity).2016-07-02 14:58:00

We first got a PS3 to play BluRays. It was a top rated pick and much cheaper than any other dedicated BluRay player. Plus it played games. ..so I went to a few sites looking for what was some top rated games to play on it. LBP was one of them.

Actually.. some of the best memories we have after TheCountessZ and I moved in together was playing LBP1. It was such a charming, wonderful game and at the same time frustrated the heck outta us trying to proceed through all the levels. lol

In fact this coming winter, we have decided to play it from the start again on those cold frozen nights and weekends.

I recently went back to ace every ace-able level possible. ...It was frustrating, yet I (somehow) managed to have an enjoyable time. So, if you have no one else to play with, (or you just want a challenge; ) then I absolutely recommend you attempt to ace story mode!

Oh, there's also some interesting costumes to win too!
