No community pictures in paint tool

| In my ordinary profile, I can edit community pictures in the paint tool. I have 100% in singleplayler. Now I have a second, new profile. TIn there I can't do that. | You might need to turn on "Advanced Create Mode"? I don't know for sure. My experience has been that when I'm using the paint tool, the only "Community Pictures" I can access are ones that are actually paintings.
