Little Big Planet PSP is not dead!

Archive: 15 posts

Now that I have your attention... Please play my levels Pwetty pwease :3
Nah, I'm just kidding. I don't have a level!
I was also kidding when I said that lbp psp was not dead.
It actually is quite dead, or at least mortally wounded by smartphones and/or the psp vita.

Let me get to the point already
I came here to embark on a melancholic voyage called "****, those were good times.
I think I'm going to cry! OMG! I'm so old! GAWD! I'm crying now!".
Now I'm almost at the end of that voyage, but I noticed something that doesn't let me sleep
(and it's not coffee).

The thing is that lbp psp never received a proper goodbye when he flew to
video game heaven. Therefore, I come to say goodbye. Goodbye to a game that
made my teenage years and made me hate thermometers. And now, with a heart full of gratitude,
I blurt out a proper farewell "goodbye little big planet psp you made me cry you jerk!" >

I hope I can sleep now.

Danke CuriousSack! Du bist ein guter Mensch

Please join me for the funerary service at 8:00am.
We will sing "Amazing Grace" and hand out cookies (that we found in the
deceased's basement).

I would still play this game if it would load on my PSP. My PSP will not longer read the disk. I have a list of levels that I never got to.2016-04-18 21:16:00

I still sometimes play the psp version (its on my psvita) and imo it's the weirdest version of lbp xD I still haven't completed the story mode all the way through, im on the movie producer part. 2016-04-18 21:22:00

I haven't played LBP PSP in a LOONG time, but I do remember how much of a nightmare it is to create on that/ Levels on the moon crashing before it loads, long loading screen for undos, physics and objects sometimes full out break, etc. I give kudos to anyone who was able to put up with that. It's even more annoying than creating on LBP3.

Anyway, story levels were also pretty fun and interesting. Might possibly but unlikely get back into that game, if not to recreate a thing or two into LBP3.
It's also interesting that this is THE only LBP game to not have any final boss in their final level. The actual final boss was probably that gorilla in the Hollywood world.

The story levels were good, but the community levels stole the show.
I wonder if you can still play them.
If I could only see my beautiful highscores one last time... I'd be a
happy sack

Although, what I miss the most is the PSP community.
There will never be another community like it in lbp history.
What made it so great was its small size. Everyone knew
and encouraged each other. Every time you logged in it felt like
going home to your family. Now that family is gone.

Can someone please adopt me? I want milky milky.

Lbp psp and lbp1 were both gems that I feel have sadly been forgotten. Aww the memories I spent on both games. Ahh, those were the days 2016-04-19 23:41:00

It's good to hear that I'm not the only one in a nostalgic mood
Is there anyone else who feels the same?

I still play LittleBigPlanet psp on my Ps vita. (I would play it on my Psp but I never had internet connection on any of the ones I bought.)
I haven't published any levels on there either.

While I don't have a Vita myself, I have read that Vita can't play physical copies of PSP games, so PSN is the only way for the Vita to play PSP games.2016-04-23 18:24:00
