Hello everyone, I'm back on the sites and plan to create and publish way more levels during the summer. I wanted to bring up the topic of team picks. There are some great creators and levels that don't play lbp3 or left due to its obvious bus/glitches. So, some of them still create in LBP2 and maybe even LBP1. I never got the reasoning of not picking a previous games levels when the next addition comes out. Some may say to focus on the new game (ex: when lbp2 was released) but then why must we ignore great levels and make those playable on LBP2 or 3? Fact of the matter is that we shouldn't just limit team picks to LBP3. What do you think?

I totally agree with you, I also think that lbp1 or 2 levels should be worth to get picked if they are really good.

Hey. Thanks for replying! I think it would also be good due to the fact that lbp3's community wasn't as "alive" as LBP2's or 1's. This would be especially good to do in lbp2 since they changed the menu from cool page to lucky dip. I've tried tweeting at him once before but it seems as if he's busy or something. Again thanks for the reply.

Yeah! I'm one of those creators that does not play lbp3 often, but rather plays lbp2 since it's more stable and can do what I need it to. I don't think it would be fair to ignore the other games in favor of 3.

Agreeing on this as well, I feel LBP1&2 is a safer bet than the third game, I just got back into it and it is ridiculously hard to find good levels sometimes.

the words "team pick" isn't even really describing what it should be "well developed levels" or something like that. Often time it's 1 person making 1 level and getting insanely lucky because they get put into the most popular page in the game. Little big planet refines and redefines what the word unfair and team means. LBP = unfair as ****. team = one person getting lucky. God why do I even play this game.

Huh. Honestly. I would think that everyone hopping onto the 3rd one would be the best option. It would mean less support for the other two, but more support for the third, thus more focus on it to make it better. Buuuut, that would alienate quite a few players and it would put a lot of trust into the developers to actually make the 3rd as stable as the 2nd.
