How do I make an object spin but stay in the air at the same time?

| I'm trying to make a circle sized planet cardboard object spin in the air without falling down but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I tried putting a rotator and an anti-gravity tweaker to keep it in the air while spinning but the anti-gravity tweaker ends up freezing the object causing it not to spin at all.
