Strange Signal Behavior

| I'm having an issue with an AND gate (I've experienced this problem with other gates previously as well). The problem is that when I attach the output of the AND gate to the rest of my circuit it stops behaving as an AND gate. Any help or insight into this strange problem would be much appreciated.
