Was playing with my 3D camera in my PvP zombie battle arena and was messing around with objects. Found alot of objects dont look that great but a ton do. Made stuff like a 3D fish tank and a Ice Temple/Ice Caverns from a Zelda game.

Was thinking with some relogic of the sackbot controls and added a slash attack to my zombie shooter bot I could make a Zelda Game outta it. Also wth the improvements in Rising Fire RPG project with zoning logic I could make the game quite big. This would also get rid of the limitation of sticker objects that I place in a level.

4-5 Themes that I could create using the current sticker materials.

Village/Ice Cavern/Fire Temple/Forest/Under Water.

(I DONT WANT TO DO THIS PROJECT BY MYSELF) So anyone wanna make a fun single player 3D level?

If you're interested here's a bit of info about 3D.

3D Info:

Its actually the level that glitched, not the camera on the bot.
A player entering your level can cause the camera to return to normal/zoomed in. (Restarting the level with extra players inside can fix this. (There has been mentioned a way to block players from entering)
This is a 360 degree 3D camera. This doesn't rotate the level. This isn't the Z axis version either.
In & out movers dont work in the 3D glitch level. This is because the bug is a LBP2 level and that logic just doesn't work.
Since In & out movers don't work you gotta use Followers that move up and down layers. (I can make gates slide down like in a 3D zelda game)
Copying the Camera or whatever its connected to doesn't give you the 3D. You gonna copy the level and build whatever you want 3D in that level for it to work.
Having 2 or more players within a level can cause stickers used in 3D place to be blank. Custom costumes on the sack boys that enter the level cause the game to bug out. Having everyone or just 2 on the default sackboy versions fixes it.
Regardless some sackboy costumes will bug out the textures in 3D.
The 3D camera will alwas be at the same height regardless if its moved higher or lower layers. This will cause you to create areas with just one layer of flooring for the sackbot to walk on. (Which means not multi platforms for the sackbot to climb on)
You cant take photos in 3D mode normally on LBP. You gotta take a screenshot and upload it to facebook or import it to lbp and retake a photo of that photo and make it public where it will be loaded to lbp me.com

Dumped a few hours into making it better.

(X) Character has a very basic sword animation atk that does nothing.
(Square) Shoots an arrow. Can be used to trigger the Crystal Switch

Crystal Switch can be triggered by an arrow. Lowers a caged zones & lowers the spikes.
Pushing Snowball. Snowball has no purpose but gave it logic to respawn after death and can push snowballs off the platforms.

Pretty much everything in the room has collusion in it.

Turned off Sackbot falling down logic because its not quite set yet.

Created these block spiked enemies that trigger red once they are hit with an arrow. They dont do anything or die yet.

Patched the floor height so it doesn't clip the character. Changed the background. Bottom flooring has a 3D effect.
Created more floor space. Added more background all around. Created a new sackpup enemy but its outta the demo for now.
Changed & moved all the statues.
Some community made Zelda music was added.

Pretty much the room is almost done. Just need to patch some things, add some enemies in and add the zone hit boxes and change the doorways a bit.

Whats next:
Want to create some platform switches, Bat enemies, combinations for different sword attack animations, Lifting up objects, sackbot animation for shooting a bow, start creating another room. Destroying objects with the sword, Pushing Blocks & having those blocks fit in holes.

Also been thinking of finding a way to block players or have them basically be fairies instead.

I would like someone to take over the sackbot controls/camera controls to move like they do in the zelda game.

Yes its been delaying it a little bit. I had to wait for help from a few people to help me with logic. Large part of it was done today but still there is a bit more. ( I can't start working on other parts of the game until this is done). While waiting on them I been awhile to work on another project.

This project has came from 2 other small projects. Resident Evil style 3D game and with that logic I was able to create a 3D PvP shooter of sorts.

This has been getting created very fast. I am reusing some of the logic from both of those projects and also Rising Fire RPG to speed up creation.

Yesterday I was able to finish creating a dungeon room and today I was able to make alot of changes from the controls of the Resident Evil game.

Sharpness of the picture has been improved. (Less blur/no blur during 3D movement of the camera.)
Can turn the camera around the player.
Shooting/Attacking with the sword & which direction you throw is based on which way the character is facing.
The Character can face in any direction that your moving to.
You can pick up Bombs and throw them.
You can lock onto a target by holding L1.
Pressing O increases the speed of your character and your character does a rolling animation.

Even though I mentioned all those things they still need to be worked on. Maybe they are missing extra features or they have a few bugs.
Alot of it is trial & error. For example I will be making the sackbot go down a layer during a roll so the players can roll under objects.

Help in which project? Zelda or Rising Fire?

For the Zelda game at this point I need that others could do...

Combo order/Directional Attack Combo animations for sword attacks. For Example Forward+X for forward jab. Hold X for Spin Attack.
Side Hop Left/Right, Backflip etc. Halve of these can be done by shooting a tag behind the player to trigger a follower with a sackbot animation going off.

Maybe the option of climbing IF! the camera gets better.
Pushing Objects in 3D space.
Enemies.
Designing more dungeon rooms. (Right now I only have the main hallway and a side room with a small throwing puzzle in it.)
Opening Chest Logic.
Maybe some way to play a bunch of 3D cameras in order to have a movie effect.

I was working on a Zelda clone back on lbp3 on ps3 but i upgraded to ps4 recently so im starting fresh. I can do combo logic since I made a smash bro clone back in lbp2 and the combos looked well build. using batteries as controller in puts into sackbot animations. Sword has been redone to look like the Master Sword.
The logic for Rubies are done.
Throwing bombs works better but still has some flaws.
Bomb has changed a bit. It countdowns to blowing up and animation of the bomb flickers red faster and faster when its time is up.
Damage System works on the sackbot.
Quite of bit of gating was done to lock sound effects and actions when doing stuff like carrying or opening doors.
Bit of test logic has been done for crawling.
Sound effects for, dying, getting hurt, shooting arrows, picking up rubie, countdown were added.
Rolling animation looks a bit better but it still looks bad. Its only doing halve rolls.
Help Text has been added to nearby targets such as bombs, doors, targets.
Sackbot costume looks more like link.

Will be creating sword sparks that fly out in 3D after hitting targets.
Will also look into setting up some zone logic for the first 2 rooms for testing.

This project has been kinda on the back burner until my RPG chapter 1 game is done or until I get some serious creative/logic people to help me make this game.

Been playing with a idea of having the camera zoom in and out and having collusion. Cant really do either though.

Also been playing around with new materials. Made a Ice beam attack that will go with the boss.
