Main question about using voices is how much memory does it take up & how well can I get the quality of it to? Characters that i'm looking to voice... Main Characters Jake- Male. Age Roughly 16-21. (Warrior of nation of knights to defend off of a huge monster.) Sarah-Female. Age 12-16. (A youngest sage in a group of elder sages. Sent on a quest to find the hero that will protect us) Knights- Attack!!!/Protect the Emperor!!!/We're under attack!/ Ehh Ahhh- (Death sound) Emperor-Male. Ages 45-60s Extra Captain ???? - Male. Age 25-31. (Captain of a ship thats docked on a island. His Sailors have been by a huge monster and he wants you toget them) Sailors- Extra NPCs. Dialogue thats like... Help!/Ahhhh!!/Thank you./Yes Sir!/We'll meet you back at the ship.

As far as I'm aware (and I could be dead wrong because I've only read about it and used it for a school project that wasn't long) the main drawback is load times. Most people use the emit destroy technique (with audio it would have to be loaded a bit early) so thermo generally isn't a problem but I'm pretty sure it's a rather quick way to extend load times if the audio quality is good (but it's generally not so don't worry too much XD (although I don't really mind too much, even though I used to)). Also, it's probably going to be rather hard to find people the ACTUAL ages of the characters, but especially the emperor since that age group is not as common in the LBP voice acting community.

People could always make themselfs sound older or younger. Anyway wanted to hear text being said during text boxes. Right now thermo maybe a issue without the voices right now. This idea was before I wanted to add extra menus. Think I will have to scrap this idea though cus of lack of interest by people & just too busy with everything else just to work this in right now.

Thermo is rarely actually a constraint I've found. Most of the time it just require redoing logic segments to be more optimized or figuring out emissions being more optimized. For your level it's probably stickers though and honestly, I just try to avoid stickers in my levels as that's the main thing I have no idea how to correctly do.
