Simple Cities is a Sim CIty type level were you must Build a city and manage it to the best of your ability.
In SImple Cities you will start out with a random generated map of your choosing. then You will receive a payment to start building the basics of your city in the form of districts, such as Residential, Business, and Industrial. Now building a city wont be easy cause you must keep its citizens happy and in a good mood or you will lose money. The way you keep your citizens happy is by building things such as schools and keeping industrial away from residential districts.

Simple Cities is a Big Project for me and is my biggest logic project I have ever started.
I have a few problems I may run into so I will make a list and edit it as I go:
- One issue with the Random Generation of my map is slopes spawn under the map then float up onto the map so when roads are placed the slope terain will move under the map without being deleted. I have many headaches over this and if it comes to it I will make premade maps once a week to randomly generate it that way.
- The economy system: The logic for the economy system will be hard and I may need help when the time comes to it. I will need some type of random events that effect the production of the city that dont happen to often.
- One feature I would like to include is a Save Function so that you can come back to your city. This feature will be the hardest and will be the last thing I try to implement since it may mean I will have to make the map small like the first picture in this post.

Do you think you could include a game in this?
You start building with a base amount of money. (Which is Points)
Small houses cost like 100points, Apartments cost 500points. factories 1000pts.
Can make things cost more when you place them if they are by other buildings that aren't their own. Which is easy. Each block around the building you place down -100 to 500 points.
Can make roads cost 100 points.
Give players a starting money to grow there city. Like 5000points.
See if you can make it where you get negative score and you can go into debt.
Make random real world events happen by showing text on screen.
Bonuses like... (Game reads that there is 20 green squares on screen that are unused.) Your city is seeing more tourism of nature lovers. Money increased by 1000 at tax time.
Look into adding in Farm land squares.

Car/Mini people A.I (Can make white squares move around on screen to display lots of them)
Basically each person can choose up/down/left/right to move randomly on the street.
Can use this as a way to make money by having them enter buildings.

City Tax effects your collective point score. If you run outta money when tax time comes then its game over. City tax can increase as your city gets bigger.
Tornados and godzilla can be on the map and work the same way as mini people do but more freedom to move around.

If each square has a micochip on it then add a tag that only people/cars use. You can make it where if theres if a grass spot or any other squares that don't have sidewalk around the road, you can make the cars blow up if there is no where to drive.

You could add in a time limit for city taxes to go off and tax you.

If you are doing this you might wanna keep the map to a limited size for players. I would let players create up to 25% thermo. Use the extra space to have advanced logic, spawning in cars and people and rest I mentioned.

I would also look into 3D Video camera emiting/toggle with the R1 & R2 to change the point of view. Can have 4 camera spots on each side of the square map that turn on. Or you can make the map have a 4 way gyroscope where you can routate the map without moving your camera.
If you're using In & out movers then you outta use the gyroscope way. Actually if you move the map like that it may cause major issues with the blocks and people moving around on the map.

I hope my feedback & tips we're helpful.

I never played Sim City, but I used Sim City 4 to create some terrain and import it to the Sims game. And great ideas and suggestion you made, venat! This has the potential to become a rather interesting level. I'm not good in logic. so I won't be any help, but maybe I could help you with the music!

Many greetings, Jürgen^^
