Are you trying to download it from in-game, from the web browser store or in the actual store? Do you get any sort of error message?

I m trying to download in store from the game LBP 3 ( on ps4 ) There re a error message yes...

I would suggest trying to download it from either the web browser http://store.playstation.com or quit the game and access the PS Store from the XMB. I have had issues before with the in-game store and was able to get all my DLC back by using a combination of the web browser and normal store.
