I noticed in game the DLC pack description says it has 4 objects, However I have fully Completed/Aced the pack and I see only 3 objects. Is this a typo in the description or are we supposed to have 4 objects?

Maybe its a kind of Halloween "trick or treat" thingy, you first have to give Sony some sweets otherwise you'll get no 4th object!

There IS a 4th object, in a form of a light. Light objects used to be in the goodies bag, but are now in the tools bag. Take a look in the tools bag and you may find it.
