Where exactly you unlock the Holo Suit in the Cross Controler pack?

| Hello everyone. I'm currently trying to get all costumes from the cross-controller (with the help of a friend cus i dont have a Vita). I would like to know in which level exactly you unlock the Holo Suit costume (the blue Matrix-like one) and if theres any special requirement to get it.
