Material Touch Sensor is glitching on me

Problem is when the tag turns on it wants to stay on. Even if I place it on a microchip and turn off the power to that chip it still stays active.

Im using sticker panel box with a tag. When the sackbot stands within the box the material touch senor triggers and activates a camera when he stays within the box. When he steps out its gotta turn off and when he steps out he steps in another box triggering another camera angle.

Whats happening is the material sensor stays on when he leaves the box and doesn't want to reset. The camera gets stuck in 1 place and the sackbot is off screen going into other boxes and they dont trigger.

I'd suggest you go into an empty level and try to recreate this, just to rule out the possibility that something else in your level is interfering.2015-09-24 19:02:00

Check the sensor settings, make sure it is set to require tag.

Then make sure that when your sackbot leaves the box it isn't instantly touching another box with the same tag on it.

Like poka said, try it in another level, with just one box and one tag.

I found out the issue. the Thermo Save was copying everything over and over on top of each other, including the logic. I didnt see it until I started picking up stuff and every object had another copy of it within it.

Im having another problem where the video camera doesn't turn off. The tag that powers it is off and the tag that resets it is on and the camera is still on.

The time that holds the camera is unlimited but how I have it is it should turn off when the sackbot walks into the next hitbox to turn on the next camera.

This is what im creating but what happens is the camera doesn't turn off always and stays on when the sackbot is in the next area of the screen.

That looks pretty cool!

If you are using movie cameras set to infinite time, are you triggering them with a pulse? Use a pulse counter, (a counter set to 1 and wired to reset itself) to activate each camera.

If that's not the problem, then open your logic and watch it work. You might see the problem.

Or, they broke something else with the last patch.

This is sorta fixed now. I have the camera emite itself when you stand in the hit box. I have 2 kinds of hit boxes. Red & Blue. Stand in the Red 1 it kills all the blue cameras and if you stand in the red one it kills all the red cameras. I get the player to stand in order red, blue, red, blue etc.

Right now trying to find a way toget Hud Editor (Glitch dev tool) to work on PS4. Seems players can only edit with it using a PS3.
