my guess? a costume patch. It's not a costume patch. I just checked the store and there's no new content. I just checked MM's site and they didn't even update. | 2009-03-05 00:50:00 Author: Arkei Posts: 1432 |

Nope, it's probably a costume patch. St. Patrick's Day is coming soon, so I expect an Irish themed costume. | 2009-03-05 01:34:00 Author: Entity Posts: 274 |

There would be huge announcement without a blog post from MM? I doubt that. Unless it's not up yet! Anyways, I just downloaded the thing so I hope my games isn't corrupted now. . | 2009-03-05 02:23:00 Author: RangerZero Posts: 3901 |
Just tried it with someone online, didn't work. way to get my hopes up >_< | 2009-03-05 02:26:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
I dunno what this update was for .. but now I can't play any levels online, my own included. I keep getting this error message that says, "failed to list games". 1st time I've ever seen this error message, and I've been playing online all day up until I downloaded this 1.10 update. I'm kinda aggravated lol. | 2009-03-05 02:33:00 Author: FabbieSack Posts: 88 |

So far the update hasn't affected my levels or playing online for me. I'll update if I notice anything but so far so good on my system. | 2009-03-05 03:30:00 Author: Morgana25 Posts: 5983 |
There's no problems on my part either. . | 2009-03-05 03:35:00 Author: RangerZero Posts: 3901 |
Yeah - all is well on my box too. Must be bug fixes though, as I can see no hint of any added content - of any variety. | 2009-03-05 03:42:00 Author: v0rtex Posts: 1878 |

Irish themed level pack? Now that sounds like a good idea. I want my Guiness hat! Too many happy memories of stumbling back from a St Patricks day pockets filled with a wild assortment of Guiness goodies. Pens, beer mats, keyrings, hats, glasses, stickers... I've been the wild rover for many a yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeear!...:hero: | 2009-03-05 10:00:00 Author: Sosaku Posts: 146 |

****, I was really hoping for the "change your lighting mid-level tool" update. Oh well, it will happen someday. Yes, monkey ears are coming my way!! I hope they still release some of the DLC this week. I was expecting it sooner. | 2009-03-05 11:36:00 Author: Zwollie Posts: 2173 |

Pens, beer mats, keyrings, hats, glasses, stickers... You can actually remember a St. Patricks day! You can't be Irish! In the UK at least, Sun Wukong was last seen working for the BBC, staring in the 2008 Olympics ads (http://www.wpsnippets.com/2008/08/bbc-olympics-2008-monkey-movie/). Good to see he's still in gainful employment Anyway great costume - hopefully it'll encourage some oriental themed levels. | 2009-03-05 14:10:00 Author: Ixalon Posts: 11 |

You know thats the guy who designed the Gorillaz with Damien alburn. He did the Tank Girl comics too Also Sun WoKung is teh absolute 1337 monkey king. Journey to the West, which was the live action show, that Wexfordian posted a picture from, was on RTE (i'm pretty sure) in the '90s. Properly brilliant. | 2009-03-05 15:15:00 Author: Pitcard Posts: 779 |
I've read that someone saw a monkey in the costume contest bubble but it is not available to download yet. Can anyone confirm this? confirmed. i thought i was only one to see it... | 2009-03-05 19:23:00 Author: kodymcq Posts: 281 |
You know thats the guy who designed the Gorillaz with Damien alburn. He did the Tank Girl comics too He's Jamie Hewlett - and yes he is a $%@#ing genius. I've got the entire Tank Girl series (fp). http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/4144/monkeyjourneytothewestg.jpg (http://img15.imageshack.us/my.php?image=monkeyjourneytothewestg.jpg) I loved the Japanese TV show when I was a kid, but they played the series recently on Bravo or somewhere - I couldn't sit through it, lol. | 2009-03-06 11:33:00 Author: Boogaloo Posts: 254 |
... semi back on topic, where do these weird names like cornish yarg and edam come from? | 2009-03-06 22:21:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
I haven't read any Tank Girl, but I've seen bits of it, looks class. I remember seeing the movie when I was like 10 but can't remember anything about it >_> ... semi back on topic, where do these weird names like cornish yarg and edam come from? All Mm's major updates take the names of cheeses............. don't ask me why. | 2009-03-06 22:52:00 Author: Pitcard Posts: 779 |
I thought this was just an update to the search facility.. I looked at "news straight away" and it revealed lots of new features.. Well they acted as if they were new, are they? p.s. does that Tank Girl thing look like the "Gorillaz" or is it just me? | 2009-03-06 23:51:00 Author: Pinchanzee Posts: 805 |

Em that search update actually came out a good week ago, but they only updated the news about it now... I think the story is, that this update's just a costume one...... That, pic that boogaloo posted isn't Tank Girl, but yep, its all the same guy Jamie Hewlett, as he pointed out. | 2009-03-06 23:59:00 Author: Pitcard Posts: 779 |
