I recently got back on and found an old level I was working on Called "Storm Front island". I decided to publish with a couple of tweaks. You're battling on an island town that's been abandoned due to the bridges being destroyed in a nasty weather storm. Careful getting powerup as a lightning bolt has a chance to strike you! Played it and yes, there are some nice scenic touches, but unfortunately outweighed by annoying niggles like materials not level on the ground and too wide to jump over. A couple of suggestions/easy amendments 1. If the mine kart track had the mine karts running back and forth it would add to the level. 2. The arena also seems very small, meaning you are constrained to quite a limited area to gad about in. 3. Maybe consider moving the weaponators to more difficult locations. On my playthrough the AI, though usually fairly stupid, quickly began to stay around the same one. 4. Storm Front Island really needs some weather effects, in my opinion. Even simple ones like switching the lighting tweak on and off with a 'thunderclap' noise would greatly add to the atmosphere of the level. Just ideas.
