How delay the onset, after of the death ?

Hi, nice people. I'm looking make a part of my level, as "lava climbing" but not really wit me how to do that sackboy is delayed to appear after that this dies. so someone knows how delay the reappearance of sackboy after that this dies, without using a Sackbot ? sorry by my disgusting english, use the bright googletranslate lol | 2015-08-17 05:07:00 Author: vusco Posts: 183 |
Hopefully, I am reading this correctly (the translation is rather abhorrent, although I understand why) What you want (I think?) is to have sackboy delay his respawning without using a sackbot? How I would do this is to have sackboy either spawn a movie camera pointed to somewhere when he dies (works well with one player), or have sackboy spawn in a closed off room and teleported into the next area when prepared. Although this last one is the best looking and functioning, it is a bit difficult to make, which is why I am giving this to you as a last resort (bad language communication and complex logic don't mix well) You could have sackboy never really die. Just fake the sounds and animations, then make sackboy dephysicallized with opacity and physics tweakers. Lastly teleport him to his location where he needs to be then reopacitize him and rephyzicallize him. When doing this, make sure to make sackboy immune to all damage types, and to only to be able to die through the pseudo-death method that has been incorporated.
