in both manglewood and the ziggurat, i only have 99% completion, even though i've aced, completed, and collected everything in each level. i did lose access to every level because of the create in pod glitch, though, so does that have something to do with it? are my unfinished quests affecting it? (95 and 75 respectively)

Yes, the percentage adds up if you complete the level. (play through beginning to end) So if you want that 100% you will have to the whole story mode.

I have the same bug, Bunkum Lagoon is showing up as 99% and I've aced and competed everything in there. (Including Quests)

I have the same bug, Bunkum Lagoon is showing up as 99% and I've aced and competed everything in there. (Including Quests) Same problem here. Everything completed quest-wise, picked up every prize bubble and aced every possible level in Bunkum Lagoon, but I still have the 99% percentage instead of 100%. However, I believe I know why in my case I've not managed to have 100% showing up. There is one level (I believe it's The Great Escape but I cannot seem to remember correctly as of now) where there are four prizes for completion instead of three. So, every time I complete the level it gives me the three standard prizes but not the fourth, which still shows up when I go to level details and list of prizes as a uncollected object. I'm fairly sure it's a bug, as I don't think it's possible to have more than three objects as prizes for the completion of a level. I'll post a screenshot as soon as I play LBP3 again. EDIT: Here are two screenshots. The first one shows the level, notice how it shows up as 100%. The second one shows the details of the found objects, and there you can see the fourth apparent prize for completion (which I've not obtained yet as I've explained above... if it really exists). 50154 50153
