What is the actual name of a signal splitter in the goodies bag?

| You actually probably want the direction combiner, not the direction splitter. If you plug an input— say a projectile sensor that detects paintballs— into the positive input of a direction combiner and plug the direction combiner into a counter it will count up with every hit.
