Wanted to provide a Teaser Trailer of my Adventure Level, Champion of Avengard coming this Fall. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mOOEn502Dmw&feature=youtu.be Long ago in a forgotten land and time there existed an Enchanted Crystal. It's powers were immense. So much so that the three kingdoms that ruled the land decided to seal it within a tomb. There it would remain protect from evil for thousands of years. Three Champions were chosen to guard the crystal for eternity. For if the Crystals powers were to be harnessed for Evil, certain doom would fell the Tri-Kingdoms. The Enchanted Crystal remained protected until one faithful day, Evil arose from a single plume of smoke. First, it was the Spartan Champion that stepped forth to oppose the evil. But, he failed. Next, the Stout Dwarven champion thrusted himself into the battle. But, he failed. Lastly, the Elven Champion with her bowstring to ear flung her most trusted arrow towards the evil. But, the arrow failed and so forth did the last Champion of Avengard... Now we await for a new Champion to appear to bring hope back to the land and strike down this Great Evil. so I woke up the other morning and decided it would be cool to have a MOBA-ish style level in Champion of Avengard. It's still single player, so it's not so much a MOBA, but plays similar to it. There's three lanes, each controlled by a fellow Champion that have chosen to join your cause to defeat the great evil. These champions will vary depending on how you play the Adventure Level before hand. So your endings will vary as well as the type of Minions that will be used to defend the respected lanes. This was kind of inspired by the Jouney Home pack, were depending on how well you did, varied the party attendees. I just loved that. As well from Mass Effect, where decisions you make during the battle could cause not all of your Champions to join you in your triumph or failure, fir that matter. In the trailer I released there is a scene where Sackboy and two others walk into the throne room of the Dwarf King. That scene has multiple possibilities as to who walks in with you, as an example. There are turrets at each end. As well as turrets in the middle of each lane, these middle Turrets are the Turrets of the Fates. Once again depending on how well you are doing, the Fates will either favor you or... Not. They remain neutral until the battle goes in one direction or another and from there the Fates will start to take sides. You'll meet the Fates along your way as as part of the adventure. Just providing an update to the level. Had been taking a bit of a break from creating but have since been back at it for the past week or so. This has created a delay with its release, which was planned for Fall but has now been pushed back to Winter. I still expect to have it done this year, though.
