Hi everyone, first and foremost I want to say that I'm glad the site is back up and running! Now, I have an issue with the psn store in the game. I've had the game for 2 months now and had major issues with the dlc, but after contacting Sony and sending out an email...most of my issues have been fixed. However I cannot download the winter creator kit and other holiday costumes because when I try to purchase them(they're free) I'm promoted with an error code which is frustrating. I thought it would have been fixed with time, but nothing has changed after 2 updates. I've had most of the dlc from the 1st games but had issued transferring to the ps4 like most others. My biggest worry is the history pack which I cannot repurchase because I'm prompted with an error code, but I really want it because I want the stickers for a project of mine. At this point I don't know what to do because I have emailed a contact Steveni gave out but nothing. I think I'll just contact ps support again . Do you guys know what I can do? Btw I backed up my data and saved it on a usb drive then deleted all the date from the ps4 to see if it would work but nothing. It was really risky but I was able to put everything back 😃 I did it because I read that the error code I saw meant my data was corrupt...

Might be able to direct StevenI's attention to this thread, and it'll probably help if you can give as much info as possible: Are you missing every holiday item, or just certain ones? What region are you in? What are the error codes you get? Are you trying to buy the history pack for the first time, or did you purchase it before and are trying to download it to PS4? I know StevenI often gets overrun with emails, but he does also check in to see how we're doing at the fan sites

I think it's an issue with them being seasonal DLC. I get the same error code with the winter kit, groundhog, um and a couple of others that are seasonal.

Could be that the seasonal items are just out of season, I know that since a lot of folks couldn't get them right away the items were going to stay available for a while but I don't know how long that was planned for. Still, the History Kit should be available for purchase and download. A member at LBN posted about having this problem too.

So it's quite a bit to get in but here goes. So I purchased the history back in lbp1, I had it in lbp 2, but shows that I have to buy it again in lbp3 on the ps4, but I can't do that because of the error that occurs. Error code E-8200011 I've tried restore licenses in the settings but that doesn't work. I contacted Sony Support today but I tried everything they said and still nothing. They told me to just wait until it is fixed.... Aside from that, the winter creator kit is shown in the store along with the mariachi costume, Statue of Liberty, the leprechaun, and the thanksgiving costume. I am prompted with the error code that I mentioned before. Yes, I had all of the seasonal dlc from the previous titles too. If I have to wait for them to come around till the holidays then that's fine. I just really want the history pack back �� Thanks for responding you two! Btw I'm in the u.s.

If you got the History Kit as disk based DLC (like with the Game of the Year edition) then it doesn't count as a previous purchase and you have to buy it for the PS4. If that's how you got it before, that's why you now have to buy it for PS4. There's a thread at LBN about getting the same code, same situation: http://www.littlebignetwork.com/index.php?/topic/27300-cant-buy-history-kit/ As for the seasonal stuff, since you already own those items they should be available regardless of the season. You could try finding these on the store via your computer instead of through the PS4, that worked for me with some other costume pieces a while back when they didn't appear in game, but you might still get the same code. Probably just try again after the next store update.

I bought the history kit, I did not get it with the game of year. I bought it through the store. Yes, I have tried downloading it through my computer, iPad, and smartphone buy for some reason the history kit and seasonal dlc do not appear. They only come out in the lbp in-game store. I read the post from your lbn link and I practically have the same issue. So here is the strange part: I actually went on the store through my computer looking for the winter kit and history pack but they were not available. Instead all of the seasonal costumes, Valentine's kit and hessian dlc, and tear away sticker pack. I downloaded most of those, but didn't bother with a few thinking I could just get them later. Now some do not show up in the psn store or lbp store( like the Halloween pumpkin head), but for the most part they only appear in the lbp store as mentioned and not the psn store itself or through searching on the computer. I even checked my download history a couple of times through my account on the computer, and I am able to find my missing dlc. Except when I click to open the page to download the dlc from the computer, the page says the page no longer exists or has expired. So I cannot even get my dlc that way

Hello! We are aware that there is currently an issue with the History Level Kit and we are currently looking into it. Once that has been fixed, you will be able to download it in LittleBigPlanet 3 at no extra cost. The Seasonal Content such as the Winter Creator Kit and Sacktue of Liberty are only available during the relevant season (Winter and the week of July 4th for those respective items) and can only be downloaded at those times. Where exactly are you able to view these unavailable items?

They are being shown in the lbp store, but I had them already in the past two games. I had all the seasonal dlc already. I have downloaded the spring, summer, and fall kits which I owned on the ps3. I had no problem downloading them. I am having issues with the winter creator kit and a few of the seasonal costumes-all of which I already had on the past two games on the ps3 as I've mentioned before. Thank you so much for the info on the history kit though.

I am having issues grabbing some of the free stuff. For example that space pack and other stuff I used to own. Keep getting errors in checkout. Also... Vera Bee and the other sticker pack Jon Bergman or something? Both say I have to buy them again. ;(

I had troubles finding/downloading in-game, and if they were there I got store errors... but I went to the store to the game page, and hit 'show all Ad-ons' and then scrolled through the list, everything is in there and I own all the DLC except for the soccer costumes. Did this on many occasions during the last few months as they became available again. Could never get them from the in-game store. Also used the PSN store on my computer, same deal; log in, find the LBP3 game page and then scroll down the bottom and hit 'all ad-ons'. Boom, I got 17 pages of DLC, (including stuff that I couldn't find in the in-game store). Some of the content did say 'buy' but after clicking on it, there was actually a drop down that ask which version you wanted... the one that cost money or the free one. Seasonal stuff was in the list too, if that helps.

I bought DLC's though PS4 Store and i can't find them in the game. Anyone know where i can send inquiries? I already sent an email to hello@littlebigplanet.com the other day but had not receive any reply. Edit: I just figured some hours ago that the problem was on me. I though my game was region free because it said "RALL" on the globe logo but when i compared it into my Witcher Disc i saw on the side that the Witcher indicated "CUSA" but on my LBP3 its "PCAS" which i think denotes to Asian version.

I cant download anything, the only free dlc i could get is some meteor and a statue of liberty costume, I hope they fix it D: - - - - - - - - - - Anyways, the error i get when i try to download stuff is that the dlc is not on the psn store, that may be whats happening to you...

I still can't play The journey home. Actually i can only play the first level: bonefied ride. The rest does not unlock, not even the multiplayer level and i did get the key.
