Holy Smokes! We're back! Did ya'll miss us? We sure missed you all! Welcome one and all to our 150th Spotlight episode! 150! Wow, can you believe it? This episode will wow and amaze you just as it did us. By the time I got down to the end of the levels I was laying in the fetal position in the corner because my mind had been blown so many times! A giant THANK YOU to all the creators who continue to provide hours and hours of entertainment. YOU are the reason we do this. So let's get right to it! Travel into an imaginative cuckoo clock and try to repair it in this funny Point&Click-Platformer! -----ONE PLAYER ONLY! This level is dedicated to my friends that supported me and all my lovely beta testers!
Let me just get this out of the way real quick. Whoa!™ Wow, it is so good to be back! Man, after my PS3 bit the dust and then the site going down, I didn't know if I'd EVER be back. But then a miracle occurred, I got a PS4 AND the site came back. So that brings us to this quite ingenious level here. First off, it's gorgeous. I love the whole look of this level. Everywhere you look is a touch of elegance that can't be ignored. Second is the gameplay. Simply fascinating. It's a puzzle platformer at its finest and one that you MUST check out. This must be one of the last levels I played in LBP2 and what an awesome note to finish on. It’s a beautifully put together level which will test both your grey cells and your agility. There are some very clever puzzles and neat bits of platforming here, all beautifully presented too. I loved the clock interior with its golden cogs and small mischievous but charming imp whose job it is to repair the broken workings. The point and click mechanics work really well and you can tell the thought that’s gone into making this, down to the really lovely animation for the “magic” you do. I’m not sure if this level works in LBP3 but if not, then it’s definitely worth putting in your LBP2 disc back in and checking it out.

A dark silhouette platformer that will satisfy you with bright colorful designs and amazing skills as a ninja like character with a light spirit as a sidekick guiding you through the adventure of trying go back into your world. You will be given superpowers such as double jumping and danger will await you until you meet the end.
You guys realize LittleBigPlanet 2 still exist right? It ain't dead yet and this LBP2 level proves just that. That there are still plenty of great levels being produced. Realm of Shadows is a great example of a silhouette level done right. Not only is it pleasing to look at but there is a great story to it as well. Realm of Shadows also offers very solid gameplay that mixes it up in a variety of ways. Step into this fantastic story with a rich atmosphere where you're sure to have an excellent adventure.

There appears to be a bug in the system and buttons are missing from them, the M-Scanner will report these problems to the workers and they will fix them. If you get a score of 100, you'll get 50 bonus points and a prize. I'd like to thank my girlfriend
At first, I thought this was going to be a 3D like level since in the beginning you are walking around exploring places with 3D movement, but then i noticed it was just the menu! A really creative menu where you find and select the options such as stepping up to the main terminal to play a survival like game using the M-Scanner. The rules are simple as you have to select the missing button on each panel that comes toward you in order to score. Round after round it will get harder and the highscores will be very addictive when you seek to achieve them right after your first playthrough.Now, in the beginning, this level may trick you a little bit. You'll be thinking, "oh, ok, cool, a level in the mines." Ha ha, think again sackypants. You'll jump into a computer station where you will be playing a brutal mini-game. The idea is so very simple yet done masterfully. All you got to do guide the bomb through the correct hole. Square, X, triangle and circle. Level one is easy peasy and you'll be lulled into a false sense of, "I got this!" Dream on because Level 2 ramps up the speed and you'll be a button pushing maniac trying to keep up! Make to level 3 and your thumb will be a complete blur as your try to avoid blowing up the boards. Good luck, you're going to need it.

A fast paced platformer is always Oddsock's style of gameplay, am i right? Lava is fuming everywhere and stones floating above waiting for the agile sock to touch base and sprint through grabbing score bubbles along the way and walling sliding and bouncing across layers through the dangerous element of fire. Racing through the ruins is alot of fun and is a face-paced experienced that is fair and well executed, as I had the same amount of fun playing it for the second time around.Holy Crap! Can I say that? Anyway, this level...man, it's so good. I fell in love with this theme when it was introduced back in the LBP2 DC comics level kit and enjoy just about every level that uses it. And boy does this level use it well, extremely well. I really love the extra playable levels in LBP3 and they're put to good use here. I dig looking in the background at all those score bubbles and going, yep, I'm about to be right over there! This is a score fest if ever there was one so try and keep that combo going for as long as possible as you run, slide and jump here and there with the ever lovable Oddsock.

As a fan of the series, this creator should be proud because he nailed the underwater area just like in the real game. The lighthouse is there and is waiting for you to hop in and take a deep breath as you go in the depths of the sea not knowing what to expect (unless you already played this game of course) and in a matter of second floating past what is like an under water city you land and acquire different power ups that make the experience even more frantically fun.Wow, er, I mean, Whoa!™ Nick has captured the very essence of Bioshock right here. Oh man is this every gorgeous. From the very beginning this level took me back to the first time I started up Bioshock and I didn't stop grinning until the very end, where I frowned because it was over. Not only are the visuals drool inducing but the gameplay is superb as well. There's a nice variety in play so that you don't feel like you're doing the same thing over and over again. I can't believe this is only a Demo! Imagine what the full level will be! I can't, it makes my head explode.

The design, I recognized it to be Komodo's right away and I was really excited to see what was ahead of me and I was not disappointed one big. Such big sets of design and really intricate color palate mixed with gameplay ideas fixed for the boost boots felt like it was a story level of its own. Get ready to be wall jumping and whooping in what seems like a bird sanctuary under the perfect music track for the experience of flying like a feather.Gah! I'm so jealous of you people! How do you create such wonderful masterpieces such as this while I'm over there in the corner trying to figure out how to glue two pieces of blocks together. I really admire creators like the KomodoBrothers who can take a simple gameplay mechanic, the boost boots, and almost entirely re-imagine it. There are so many ideas being used here where I went, "Holy cow, I didn't even know you could do that with those!" I love this level for many different reasons and the main one being, it's fun as heck.

Intense actions and moment will await you when your climbing skills will be tested in the sake of falling into volcano danger. Maybe with the danger being your top priority, its still worthy to note that mountain of flames is quite an eye stagger to behold. Jumping through velociporters and dodging flaming balls require timing and momentum which are your two key components on making it to the end of this flowing beauty.The word "beauty" is an understatement here. Breathtaking would be more like it though I guess Volcanic Breathtaking just doesn't have the same ring to it. And that's why I don't name Alain's levels. He has taken a normally dangerous place and one mainly associated with fire and brimstone, death and destruction and turned it into this world of beauty. And of course this being an Alain level, the gameplay is on point. Try not to play like I did though. I would be staring at the scenery and not even notice that a fireball was shooting straight at my head! Jump in, have fun, you'll enjoy it.

This is the first level i played where i was actually encouraged to switch between two power up, we were even assigned a button on the controller to do so in a blink of the eye! Mixing the hook hat and the boost boots together brought standalone game play for each and a great hybrid of obstacles making you use both to move along this ancient crypt. Not sure how much time the Hourglass of Infinite can wait, because the design feels huge and vibrant like any level Shookie has created and your may need extra time to soak it all in. You know those levels where you just stand and marvel at the beauty the surrounds you? This is one such level. Shookie has a real knack for creating these environments that sort of includes the player in the game, if that makes sense. What I mean is this. I feel like I'm actually in there, you know? As I'm standing there staring at the walls and the bendy rails and all the deco in the nooks and crannies, I can almost feel and smell the air around me. Then I start playing and the gameplay is so smooth how it flows from one area to the next that I get lost in this little world and don't want to leave it.

Geez, I don't know how much more I can take! So many awesome levels! You guys are doing a great job of feeding my addiction but I must have MOAR! Oh boy do I love how this one looks. I don't know exactly what it is. If it's the architecture of the landscape or the color scheme I like more. It's like the cartoon world and the real world collided and created this wonderful landscape in which to play around in. Speaking of playing, whoa, here's some unique gameplay here. You use the boost boots and the hook hat but what's different here is being able to interchange them on the fly. Now this creates some unique opportunities as you can imagine. Very fun gameplay that is both challenging and super fun. Enjoy.A platformer that is as rich in atmosphere as it is in gameplay ideas. You will need to be agile indeed as you weave your way through the level equipped with a hook hat and boost boots. Split second timing is required as you switch between the two, flying from rail to rail and boosting across gaps. It’s brilliantly put together, the obstacles are testing but the switching using L1 is very smooth and I can only blame my slow reactions for my ultimate failure to get through to the very end…that last obstacle with the angled bounce pad just proved too much for me. I’m sure you’ll all fare much better than I did and anyway you’ll have enormous fun pitting yourself against this challenge. Actio is well known for his superb skills with the paint tool and so it’s no surprise that this level looks as good as it does. Rich, dark materials, ecclesiastical touches and some well-chosen music give the whole thing a gorgeous, sultry feel. Anyway, enough sermonising from me, just play the level!

If anyone is going to be doing a remixed version of the DC Comics level pack in LittleBigPlanet 3, it should be this creator. Not once did i say to myself" oh wait you can improve this bit here and there", because it felt so professionally well made I can easily mistake the proper design and gameplay to be from the official LBP team. The joker may be mischievous in his all new factory, but i got to give it to him, there are pretty snazzy uses of bits and bobs that laugh in our faces while springs pop by and gifts full of surprises that we should know by now we should not open if its from yours truly.Holy bright colors Batman, where are we? Quiet Boy Wonder and take a look around! Notice the evil mechanisms that surround you? There's only one villainous villain who is crazy enough to build this factory. The Joker! This level is three shades of fun! I love it! Once again, the vile Joker has created a beastly feat of engineering and there's only one being capable enough to defeat him. Batman? Hahaha, no way. I'm talking about Sackboy! Jump into this level and you'll be using just about all the new power-ups in all kinds of cool ways to thwart the evil plans of the Joker. Just a fantastic level that is a ton of fun to play.

Wait a minute. Doth mine eyes deceive me? I could have sworn I had loaded up a community adventure and not a story adventure. That's what you're going to say to yourself when you see this work of art for the first time. There are four levels in this adventure and they're all in that classic Five-Ate-Five style. Great visuals and superb gameplay. Now, with any adventure, there are easy segments and uh, no so easy segments. Nothing to rage quit over mind you, just some areas with good old fashioned challenging gameplay. I love the story and the humor in this and I know you will too. Queue it up. Another level from Five-ate-Five which positively fizzes with ideas and style. His by now almost trademark cartoon-like visuals make a colourful backdrop for some fun gameplay. Marielyn Monoreo presents you with a (huge!) magnet to help you in your quest to save the city and you’ll have a blast dragging and swinging stuff around, including bombs…what could possibly go wrong xD You even get to use the magnet to whizz along rails (and get repeatedly fried too by the electrified obstacles if you’re me) and defeat various bosses with it. It’s a grand adventure, challenging, ambitious and full of colour and flair. I’m glad I saved my first heart for an adventure level for this one by Five. Great job.

I have never been to Italy before, but i do know one thing. They don't have designs that can pull off such jaw-dropping 3D illusions that fit the theme of Venice so fantastic and makes it feel really refreshing. Climb away and run across roof tops, or even better yet grab yourself an umbrella and start floating in the grasp of the wind right in front of tricky sections to get yourself high enough in the air to float down to the next section of the level. The length is perfect for this kind of adventure as it may not be an average lengthed level, but it goes far as to stretch it out a bit more to introduce even more game play ideas while travelling across Venice!There's just too much to list here. My goodness! It's hard to find a level with soooo many different types of gameplay all packed into one area. And it's not like it's typical gameplay mechanics either. It's all, "Holy Heck, how'd he do that!?" type of stuff. I mean, there's one section, well several actually, that just had me scratching my head. Very fun level with some challenging sections that will trip you up if you're not paying attention. A great level with tons of details that you really must go see now.

During the late 70's after the condemnation of Project Infusion, a radical team of scientists weren't ready to abandon their unethical practices. Taking refuge in a hospital for the mentally deranged, they found themselves new and unwilling test subjects.
I wouldn't enter this place after i heard the backstory, or even yet peeking through the front door just tells me "Nope" and head back to where i feel safe. However if you find yourself to uncover more on what lies within this abandoned asylum, you are greeted in a top-down horror like experience where its silence and exploration with your handy dandy flashlight. As you creek through doors be on the lookout for files which reveal more about the journey, as well as the scares that awaits..I’m not normally a fan of horror levels but I’m certainly going to have to make an exception for this one. It’s very well written and has a nicely (!?) scary atmosphere with some great lighting and sound effects..those creaky doors xD. With the help of a chance found flashlight you explore a seemingly deserted asylum with disturbingly empty padded cells (where are the occupants now…?). There are file notes scattered around to help you puzzle out what on earth has happened and a few jump scares thrown in to keep you on your toes. It also has some of the scariest looking pot plants I have ever seen Are you brave enough to probe the secrets of the asylum and find out exactly what is lurking in those shadows???

You can only match "free" tiles (highlighted in green)... A tile is "free" when no other tile is lying above and no other tile is lying to the left or to the right of it... HAVE FUN...
I never played Mahjong before, but have seen very small glimpses of it.I thought it was going to be some confusing game at first since i did not know what to expect and all, but i gave this a go and this version of the classic game was straightforward with a design that made it simple and easy to learn. Its a matching game basically except you can only match tiles that are not being blocked or surrounded by other tiles. After learning the concept i kind of want to play it in real life since this version did a good job of creating the game I was a bit nervous but curious to play. I love the game of Mahjong. I have several versions of it on both my laptop and my PC and now, thanks to Hanfi, I've got one on my PS4! This level is simply amazing. The very sleek menu, the cool as ice backgrounds and of course, the game itself. We're given several different board layouts to play, I went with the classic style myself, and each one is just stunning in detail. There's also several different music tracks to soothe you as you work to match up the tiles. Trust me guys, you've got to see this one for yourself.

Feeling so small has never felt so big before, i guess that's what StandSmall is all about. Kitchen appliances and counter-tops are everywhere with different kinds of food at every corner you jump on a bouncepad or whoop though a velociporter all the way to the back or very front layer. Collecting blue and yellow score bubbles make it more enjoyable as it will get you pumped for collecting prizes in your kitchen adventure as well.This is definitely one of those levels where you spend half your time going “Oh wow, look at that!” as you spot yet another brilliant detail. You’ll have a permanent grin your face as you bounce on chillies (or mouth-watering bacon sandwiches!), knock glasses off shelves and generally fly around this wonderfully realised kitchen. The extra layers and new objects from LBP3 take the visual polish to a new level. The gameplay is seamless but what you take away from this level are all those visual star moments. Awesome job again from Fabfio.

Yes, you did make a thing! No wait I can top that by saying you made a masterpiece! Wow action in every corner didn't stop me from saying wow almost all of the time noticing all of the tiny detail as well that you put into the platforming gameplay in the ruins. I never got lost while climbing on rotating wheels or zooping with a hook hat or not trying to get squished by ascending spikes. I can tell this creator put alot of time to polish this level because its so presenatable that even the fireflies are proud to shine bright upon your creation.Oh. My. Goodness. RV hit this one out of the park, down the road and landed in someone's backyard! Holy cow this one is gorgeous. So very pretty. Another one of those levels where I had to stand still for a few minutes to soak it all in. You have tons of little details in here to miss if you move too fast, so best to slow down and take your time so you can see it all. As pretty as it is, the gameplay is where this one is at. The craftmanship that has gone into every obstacle, every platforming mechanic is very apparent here. I can't say anything more about it, you just have to go in and see this beaut for yourself.

I can't swim! I can't swim! Oh wait, there is a lifsaver with litte toggle on it. Aww, how cute! Aside from the cuteness comes a 3D like survival where beach balls come by your way that you can hit for points as well as avoiding whirlpools, rocks and going through gates and claiming balloons and stars for bonus points, its just so much that could happen the content seems like it is never ending! These are 7 stages of purse fun in the water and will make time fly by as you are having fun racking up a great score.Ok, how in the world are you guys doing this stuff! My mind has been blown this episode. This is just craziness! Take this level here. Retro created this fun level where it actually feels like I'm floating down this rapidly moving river! It's not just a leisurely float either, oh no, there are big points to be had here. There are a multitude of ways to earn points. You've got the boxes to avoid, the gates to maneuver through, the balloons to burst and more! Man, what an amazing level. Put on your swim suits and go check this one out!

(One player recommended on your first play, you may experience slowdowns on PS3, report any bugs and issues in comments) ----- Features: Fast-paced top-down combat with 4 different character classes to choose from, over 25 quests to discover, hours of gameplay! Buy upgrades and level up to grow stronger!
So.. where are the Sackies Awards coming again? The RPG master themselves has returned to LittleBigPlanet with a Top-down RPG with a bunch of quests and mosters to fight! Can you believe this all started because the main character had rent to pay? Anything could have happen when you stopped by the Treasure Hunter guild, it could change the renter's life and it does! Play with 4 different classes, male or female, and level up against fighting monsters and completing tasks in this fast paced action adventure with superior logic when it comes to the top-down concept. It will take you around two hours or so to complete this, but your progress does save so fret not! This will be something you will want to play again and continue where you left off! I bet it warms the very cockles of the hearts of the devs at Sumo to see a creator take their tools and create something like this. I’m sure this is what they were dreaming of when they created adventure levels and quest tools for people to play with and Felkroth has done them proud in every possible way. It has all the elements you’d expect from a true RPG: 4 classes to choose from, each with its own special (and brilliantly animated) abilities, a cool story, oodles of quests and baddies to fight. You name it and it’s got it. I played with a friend and we kept excitedly spotting little things we recognised from Diablo and/or Dragon Age (like the awesome leaping shot style backflip by the rogue or the spinning shields animation for the warrior). We had a blast starting out on this adventure. We have only scraped the surface so far but I’m sure we’ll be back for more. There’s so much depth and quality here that it would be a crime not to. If you’re still not convinced of the true potential there is in LBP3, then just play this level and you’ll be instantly won over.

Wait no more, jump in a drag that friend of yours that you always wanted to beat in a proper battleship challenge, with some nice effects and fantastic gameplay, pls review as it's important for future improvement. A classic boardgame that keeps people (who play fair of course)on their toes guessing and plotting for total victory. Battleships makes its way with a remake in LittleBigPlanet 3 where you and another player can face each other by placing your war ships anywhere on your according grid with the choice of rotating the pieces. After placing your warships on certain points on your grid then you and the other player take turns guessing coordinates on where you each placed your ships and if guessed right then the ship thats on the called coordinate will get hit. Drown all ships on your opponents side to win, and its a game that will have you play again and again and still have a great time with your captain hat on.I know this is going to date me horribly but when I was a kid we played Battleship using a pencil and paper, laboriously drawing out the grid and our ship locations by hand. We never dreamed that one day a version as slick and awesome as this would exist. The rules are the same, of course, but this game is from another planet in terms of the visuals and functionality. I still suck of course but it was a whole lot of fun to play and brought back a lot of memories of fierce battles with my brother (who was not above trying to get a sneaky look at my sheet to see where my ships were grr!). Another level which proves the awesome potential of LBP3 in the right hands.

Collect rupees to earn new and more powerful weapons. (This level is heavy on logic, so don't be surprised if you encounter a bug or some slowdown)
I leave with a grin on my face knowing there is another fantastic Zelda tribute created in the LittleBigPlanet Community. This tribute is a survival where as link you are taksed to defend yourself from various enemies collecting rupees along the way to unlock new skills. As suspenful as it sounds I couldn't stop laughing at one wave because i did not seeing it coming, and the fighting that round was very wild and crazy. I won't spoil that part for you, but i am sure you will get a good laugh of out of it as well as a satisfactory feeling from this Zelda survival overall.
This little gem just about floored me. Really! I was sitting at my desk and I loaded this level and first comes the menu screen and I'm like, "What!? What. Wow." And I haven't even seen the main game yet! I hit the start button and ba bam! I'm greeted with this perfectly created Zelda forest, and I mean down to the last pixel. The premise is simple really. Mayhem and destruction. Take out as many enemies as you can whilst collecting rupees along the way. Use the rupees unlock power-ups such bows and arrows and what not. This thing is amazing so go play it now!

One step higher to raise the bar, never fails to impress. Everytime you see a doodle level that s professionally made by Adele it will leave you in a sketchy (pun intended) mood right? Well sometimes the doodling concept can get boring, but its awesome to acknowledge that even the creator of the series realizes that and fixes it everytime time with a new spin to make the series fresh. Real life photos from the vita camera, real drawings of known cartoons and funny narrative sand point told though notes which also acts out as a professional tutorial. You will be facing doodles and even human counterparts in this adventure and it made it seems alive, much more than a doodle this time around. Get ready for a fresh spin in the doodle platforming concept because Adele nails it yet another time!
Adel brings his awesome doodle talents over to the handheld in this brilliantly created level. Just like in his LBP2 levels, you'll take control of a little doodle Sackboy and go on a cool adventure. What I love about this is Adel could have just done a one off recreation of his LBP2 level but instead, added new elements of gameplay and animation. Doodle Sackboy is as cute as ever here but don't let that fool you, there is plenty of danger just around the corner, or rather, just across the page.

You never get to see the back of an airport when you are going to take a flight to another location. Maybe you see what it looks like behind your window seat but being there with a kart and full on craziness just makes it even more interesting! Planes, work trucks, runways and working going on at the same time will make the battle for your prized first class ticket one deemed for.. unless you get caught by security, that is!

Upon a green mist and a swamp like area, the boardwalk seems a bit spooky like you are racing through an industrial factory, but the set design makes you feel like close to the sea. Moving trucks will pass by a massive floating ship while at a glance you can see many building the green-ish atmosphere. My favorite was a custom power-up in which you shoot a truck to chase down one of your opponents making the experience even more wild.

At what point in time will a city turn out to be crazy? Could it just be the fact that Spring fever is among us or there a day where everyone takes a day off to go loco? Well, this is one crazy city where you will be racing all over the place from the ground all the upon bouncing across rooftops and reaching wild places make this suspenseful tour of a city one to remember.

It was a challenge enough to get through the boundaries of a secured fort and to be let in the courtyard right? Now that you are in, the action doesn't stop as the courtyard turns into a massive battle where you'll be zooming across the fountain and entering many sections of the castle such as the king's throne or even go in meets end on the tip of the drawbridge. You will be bouncing everywhere just trying to make sure that your actions will not have the castle implode on itself.

A non karting level that is pure fun and sometimes aggregating which makes it even more fun! A classic game that is physics heavy and a slight touch on the stick could impact the outcome of this challenge. You have a tray that you can tilt up, down, left and right moving a ball from the start point all the way to the finish point. As fun as it may sound, the mazes make it more complicated along with red holes that will make you consider every move you make because if the ball falls through them you have to start over.

The beginning had me hooked as the introduction of this level has made me hate these four racers known as the 4 Pine Gang. They are evil put in dialogue and even in gameplay! A task that is not so easy proving to them that your kart is not a mere "pebble" and you just want to win to show them who is boss. On a 4 lap race, they launch themselves ahead even before the timer says "GO!". What cheaters! In the end there is the winner's lounge which unfortunately in my play i did not win and they got to go there. Please avenge and win this race by using the shortcuts which are mighty useful and unlock the outcome that will prove justice!

The Knight's Day Festival has just begun but they're ready to stop YOUR fun. Runaway carts might slow you & the swinging weapons will too. Noble steed! I hereby call you in the aid of the Knight's Day festival. There are knights shooting with fire crossbows and action in every corner. Right your horse in this massive race as you will explore the in an out of the area. There will be hay carts swinging about where stacks of hay will trouble your path as well as weapon coming in as swooshed right before your very eyes. Happy knights day!

A wonderful mix of nostaliga and variety as you enter what seems to be a hollywood like scene paying tribute to our favorite media and characters that make our history in the entertainment property. As you enter the curtains, each studio is decorated to a familiar film such as Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Harry Potter. You will hear bits of their theme song as you enter their spots as well as witnessing kart transformations paying tribute as you race through old memories and classics that made up their time.

This spotlight was just brilliant, what a wonderful effort from you guys to bring LBPC back to normal so fast and in such a glorious way 8) Not only that but Vita and Karting got some love too (which makes me happy , btw kudos to Hyper for a huge effort on pulling it together)!

Honestly LBPC being down for so long got my attention to LBP in general diminish a little but now that it is back up and running I hope to return to normal for the next episode (sorry I couldn't help out in this amazing milestone ). Once again thanks to everyone, behind the curtain it was not just a normal episode, everyone was kinda dizzy for the long nap, and then BOOM make new hub for LBP3, new designs, banners, suggestions, a TON of levels to play and all of that in a painfully small amount of time. What a great work you made here guys, we all appreciate it. After all, these spotlights are such an important part of the community for highlighting these masterpieces: we thank you specially for not giving up and returning to duty so very fast.
