So I was creating a level and then suddenly my sackboy got kinda frozen. Since them even when I restart the game I cant move sackboy. The other characters still works. Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nllb87gI-_Y

I had another glitch similar to this and in create mode. I was in hover mode and I was trying to move my sackboy with the left stick. Instead of moving my sackboy, he glitched out and started rotating in 1 spot for no reason. It's an easy fix(go to pod and come back) but it's still annoying.

The problem is like you can see in the video, even when I go to the pod and back, the glitch is still not fixed. I even restarted my ps4 and lbp but it doesnt help

What were you doing in create mode when it happened? Perhaps there is something you can delete that would fix this. If not you might have to go back to a previous saved profile.

I had this happen 3 times over the course of two days. The first time, I thought I'd be clever and exit the level. That didn't work. Fortunately I had a profile backup that I was able to restore and only lose one day of work. The next couple of times I had it, I was able to rewind to before the error. When it happened to me, I was ungluing an object made of many Deco mounts, each with decos. Deleting the object wouldn't fix it: all I could do to fix it was rewind. If you don't have a profile backup, this isn't likely to help you much, but hopefully it'll help others who encounter this issue in the future. What I would do in your situation is a bit risky. I would copy your profile to usb and then deliberately corrupt your profile. The reason is because the latest patch has a built in profile restoration that may revert you to before this happened. As I said, it's risky so feel free to ignore me, but it's what I would do in your situation. I've never deliberately corrupted my profile but I believe it can be accomplished by powering off your ps3/ps4 while the game is saving. If you're unable to access the controls, note that the game saves immediately when you first load into your pod.
