LittleBigPlanet 3: DLC Update - February 25th

Hello Everyone We are aware that some of you are still missing your previously purchased DLC. This makes us very sad and we just want to take a moment to assure you that we haven't forgotten about you! Please do not worry though, we are working around the clock to turn those frowns upside down! If you already own this content, you will soon once again be able to re-download it again at no extra cost to yourself. To give you some background as to what is causing these issues. It's all about entitlements on the PlayStation Store and not a problem with the game itself. Entitle-what? I hear you say! It basically means that the Store is a bit muddled right now as to what you actually own, but it's all fixable - we promise. What this means though is that our Game Updates that would otherwise contain bug fixes cannot fix these issues. We have to work with our PlayStation Store friends to go through the content piece by piece, for every regional store across the globe. (That's a lot of stores and a lot of content!). If you are one of the unlucky ones and still haven?t got some of your items back just yet... Please don't give up hope! You can expect to see those remaining items coming back to you during upcoming PlayStation Store updates. Some of you will have already noticed content is becoming available again and that will continue to happen until all we can see are lots of smiles. (And no more frowns...) If this is the case, which I don't doubt, why is it effecting different people in the same region differently? For example, I still don't have the monster or history packs, even though others in my region seem to have theirs. On a side note, I have a Run Sackboy Run code for the T-shirt that doesn't work. For example, I still don't have the monster or history packs, even though others in my region seem to have theirs. Is this on PS4 or on PS3? If it's on PS4, have you tried Restoring your licenses? the restore licenses thing works on some stuff but not others. It still says I need to purchase a few of the packs that I know I already bought. Anyway, thank you for the update Steven. For my main profile (SonicStephen) it's saying that the "Toy Story Level Pack" is unavailable; 49997 But then it says that it's because I've already purchased it, which I have not; 49998 Whilst it is available and can be purchased on my alternate profile (DoAnAileronRoll); 49999 So I was hoping you could atleast make it to where I could buy it on my main profile. | 2015-10-31 05:48:00 Author: SonicStephen Posts: 1 |
