This is a concept I had for a rain device for one of my levels, the level would be arched in areas / with pits in between to allow the 'rain' to fall into the holes. I figure glass or painted sponge would do for the rain. This concept would also do fairly well as a sponge give away, or hidden secret, they find the secret and it unloads tons of sponge, falling like rain.

Neat. I can't think of a more effective way to make rain other than having it dissolve out of thin air. It would be nice to put a cloud sticker on them though to make it look realistic.

Awesome Idea! and you could put clouds around them too to really cover it up, I hadn't thought about the prettifying, just function. Nice

Yeah or just carve out a cloud and place it in the closer layer to that one.

i don't think you have to make something that complicated to get some fake rain in a level. Sam was mentioning a way to do rain and i am pretty sure i heard something about a tool that could do repeating shots of something or it would be a random generator or the item shooting out in different directions i can't find where i read this but it might be easier than this. though if you want to create it still looks cool and i wish you luck i hope this didn't sounds like i was putting down you idea cause i wasn't or at least that wasn't what i was intending.

No, not at all. I was just thinking of a multi-usable object, rain, rubble, or even the little pieces of sponge. it doesn't have to be rain.

I just figured out this moring how to make a car much like theres, with a few differences, so I will definatly be making one of those as well, mine will be a peny car though, I don't know how many ppl know what I mean, but there will be a winder, and a penny sticking out of the back.
