Costume DLC: physical features should change texture to match skin (as some do now)

| We've had this on occasion since LBP1 with the Monkey King. His ears and hair bumps change to whatever skin you pick for sackboy. Same with the old dracula costume, and with Ratchet. Really nice for creating original characters that look as good as DLC. This would be so great for costumes like Regal Wolf.
