Story Quests Messed Up

I went onto LBP3 about a week to go and try my luck against the Who's Coming for Dinner quest and saw that my quests were messed up. The El Jeff quest shows as completed, even though I have never played that level, and the Race to the Stars quest was completed, even though I have never gotten 4 players. This is a real impact on 100% the game because I went and talked o El Jeff and the quest Battle of the Airwaves got completed and the level link never showed up. Is there a way to deactivate and de-complete quests. I don't want to revert back to my older save, which I have none of my aced levels data.
