I know you can drag a box around items to select/highlight them but I'm sure there was a way to select individual items manually. Like Ctrl and click on each item. Anyone know?

Hold down R2 and click various items. Then let go of R2.

There is currently a bug for me where if I select multiple tools that have a tweak menu using the R2 method, it only tweaks the first one I selected rather than all of them. But if I drag the popit cursor to select all of them, they all get tweaked.
